Como House Of Beauty is a salon based in Binfield offering nail and hair straightening treatments ( keratin ). I value privacy and high quality service. I love training and improving my skills, there is always something I can learn and money spend on my trainings and best quality products are best investment. I am professionally trained to use e-file, gels and keratin. My salon is equipped with medical quality IS YESON autoclave ( steriliser )and high quality professional TERI dust collector to keep my customers and myself as safe as possible. Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. I get it. It happened to me too. If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or send a message letting me know.
If you let me know less than 24 hours before your appointment, I take 50% of the appointment as a fee, no shows are charged at 100% of the price of treatment.
Being self employed I don't have as many benefits as being employed, unpaid holidays, unpaid sick days... If I don't work I don't get paid. As a small business every no show affects me a lot so please try to avoid it as much as you can.
